Description of the meeting rooms and conference facilities: The Millennium Madejski Hotel Reading are proud to present their “modern & innovative” conference facilities. Our facilities are ideal for presentations for 66 guests in our Kendrick & Abbey Suite or a boardroom meeting for 12 in the Madejski Suite. The Madejski Suite is a purpose built boardroom and can accommodate a maximum of 12 Guests to a minimum of 1 Guest. The meeting room is air conditioned, has natural daylight and is fully equipped with a Screen, LCD Projector and Flipchart. The Kendrick & Abbey Suite is a Half Moon shaped room prefect for 66 Guests in a Theatre style or 24 Guests in a Boardroom Style, further layout styles are available. The room has air conditioning, natural daylight and a dividing wall can be placed splitting the main room into 2 separate meeting rooms. The Kendrick & Abbey suite also includes the use of the LCD Projectors and a screen.
