Description of the meeting rooms and conference facilities: The hotel has 35 seminar rooms, 1 congress hall (seats up to 500) and 3 computer labs. Our Zeppelin Lounge with its own roof terrace offers new perspectives and a unique atmosphere for exclusive conferencing for up to 38 people. There are 2 separate offices with a maximum seating of between 6 and 10 people. These offices are designed to be used as preparation facilities. For your convienence we offer free LAN and W-LAN access. All rooms have natural lighting and are equipped with the latest technology. The congress hall, the heart of the Kongresshotel Potsdam, offers an ideal setting for events. Our conference venues can accomodte up to 350 guests, but can be arranged to accomodate up to 500 guests at an extra fee. It is equipped with modern lighting and audio technology and to the highest standards expected of a professional and first-class venue. Seating may be arranged in rows, as parlament seating, around tables or even at standing booths, we organise your event to your specifications. The new `Comfort Lounge` of the Kongresshotel Potsdam stands out for its individual tailored light- and colour concepts, car presentations, HD capable presentations, free WLAN, digital seminar signs, flexible and open room zones for exhibitions and events on a floor area of 1000 m² with separate VIP-reception area and parking spaces.
