Description: The H4 Hotel Residenzschloss Bayreuth is located centrally in Bayreuth, close to such important places of interest and event venues as the Margravial Opera House, Richard’s Wagner’s villa “Haus Wahnfried”, the Hofgarten, or court gardens, the piano manufacturer Steingraeber und Söhne, the Neues Schloss, or New Castle, and the Stadthalle culture and congress centre. The hotel: Fine food and restful sleep Our restaurant “Sudhaus“ and the adjoining bar are located in a former brewery and form a protected historic monument. The historical architecture and the high ceilings (5.5 metres) give the restaurant its specific flair, which you will enjoy regardless of whether you are enjoying the breakfast buffet or partaking of an exclusive dinner. Modern comforts such as a large conservatory and a generous sun terrace with a lawn for sunbathing round off what we have to offer. You can park for free in the side streets close to the hotel, or pay 8 Euro per night to use the hotel’s underground car park, which has a lift that takes you directly to reception and to all floors so that you can get into the swing of your stay with us from the moment you leave your car. It is not possible to book car parking. Our Top Fit Club boasts a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym to help you relax. All our rooms are in the modern extension wing of the hotel, which was refurbished, newly decorated and equipped with smoke alarms in 2008. W-LAN access codes (Telecom) are available without charge at reception, subject to availability. Our Superior rooms and suites are even more generously dimensioned. These rooms are more capacious again, with beds that are a full 220 cm long. Free tea and coffee making facilities, the entire Sky schedule and the drinks from the minibar are all included in the room prices here. All superior rooms and suites are exclusively non-smoking rooms. A room with a water bed is also available.
